1. Sign up for Services
Simply click the Free Quote button, enter your postcode, and sign up in just a few easy steps on our website. Have questions? No problem! You can request a call from our friendly team, send us a message on Facebook, or chat with us live using our online support tool
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After you sign up, a Scoop Patrol representative will get in touch to arrange your initial cleanup and guide you through every step of the process.
3. Attach Payment Method
Billing is processed on the 1st of each month, before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is set up, Scoop Patrol will generate your invoice and email you a receipt, which you can also view in the customer portal. If payment isn’t received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.

On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Swoop Scoop® team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Scoop Patrol technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text and a follow up 5-minute “please ensure the pets are inside” text before service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the garden. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Garden
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Scoop Patrol team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your garden multiple times to ensure it’s thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Scoop Patrol technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Your pooper scooper will place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
